If you are looking for event accommodation, in many cases JacBee can offer you a hotel finding and booking service at no cost and can negotiate competitive rates with hotels on your behalf. As well as booking rooms, we have comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and layouts and can find the right one to fit your bespoke needs, including bed nights, rooms, meals, meeting rooms and internet access.

Where needed rooms can be reserved for large delegations, allowing delegates to secure and pay for their own individual bookings direct with the hotel. Confirmation of delegate bookings can be provided to event organisers on a regular basis in the lead up to your event.
